Ben has been a professional piano tuner and technician since 1991. He first trained with his Father, now a semi retired piano tuner. Ben then had further training at the London College of Furniture before qualifying as a member of the Pianoforte Tuners Association. Ben has played the piano since the age of four and combines his musical appreciation with his technical expertise when selecting pianos and advising customers.

Many customers will already know Neil as he has been in the music business locally for over 30 years! As a former director with Modern Music in Basingstoke Neil and Ben have been friends and business colleagues for many years.
Neil assists in all aspects of the business by using his considerable experience in buying, selling and delivering pianos. He shares Ben's enthusiasm for pianos and for offering customers a quality service. Neil combines his work with
