SPECIALIST PIANO PREPARATION

All of the pianos that we supply are individually prepared by us before leaving the showroom. The preparation work we do is highly skilled and includes fine tuning, action, key and pedal regulation and voicing. Please ask about our piano preparation when you visit the showroom and we will explain and demonstrate the importance of this work and the improvement it has on the performance of the instrument.

BECHSTEIN - Model V grand piano circa 1910

This 6’8” Bechstein has been fully restored. It produces a powerful, rich tone with a good action response. The rosewood cabinet has been repolished as part of the restoration process.

RONISCH - 6ft grand piano dating from 1893

This exquisite piano has just returned from the workshop after full restoration. It is a stunning piano which looks even better ‘in the flesh’ than in the images. We have restored the piano completely to include the fitting of original styled round legs and the making of a new pedal lyre. Needless to say the piano has been restrung and received a full action overhaul which will be shown and explained when visiting the showroom. It has rich mellow tone and is an extremely well made German grand piano. Very highly recommended.

SCHIEDMAYER - SOLD

Schiedmayer 5'10" grand piano dating from 1922. This piano has been fully restored in our workshops and has a fantastically rich and mellow tonal quality. The mahogany cabinet has polished beautifully.
