Having supplied me with my first upright piano many years ago (from his original showroom), Ben has cheerfully visited us twice a year to tune it and keep it sounding at its best. However, our recent thoughts turned to the possibility of accommodating a baby grand and Ben suggested booking a personal appointment to visit to his now much larger showroom to try out some prospective pianos.
I was greeted by a wonderful array of instruments in a light and spacious showroom, and the added bonus of excellent freshly ground coffee! Ben put me at my ease, and it turned out to be a most enjoyable and enlightening experience playing the various pianos he proposed I try. The service Ben provides is very professional, and tailored to the individual, whatever one’s level of ability. With his undeniably broad knowledge and love for the pianos he sells, it makes such a difference to have a complete and personal service from sale to tuning. In addition, the delivery service is also excellent, showing great care and attention.
Needless to say, I found a beautiful Kawai baby grand with Ben’s help and I am absolutely thrilled with both its touch and tone. It is now hard to resist being drawn into the sitting room to play it every time I pass the open door….Ben knew just what I needed. Thank you!
