Kawai K-300 AURES

The arrival of the AURES Hybrid piano in our showroom has caused much excitement. AURES stands for Audio and Resonance which uses the soundboard of the piano to deliver high-quality audio without adding external speakers. Built-in transducer speakers are attached to the spruce soundboard to produce rich, powerful and expansive sound.
The K300 Aures functions as a normal acoustic piano fitted with the much-celebrated millennium 111 action. The piano also features advanced technology as found in high-end Kawai digital pianos. This combination produces a piano that can be played acoustically, silently through headphones, digitally through the soundboard speakers or with a combination of digital and acoustic together! Impressively, whichever function is being used the touch and feel is that of an acoustic piano.

With sturdy construction for years of reliable service, the K-600 is excellent for auditoriums, schools and other institutional settings. K-600 is the largest of the Kawai upright range in physical size and performance. The powerful bass is comparable to small grand and the option of a sostenuto pedal continues the comparison. Big and powerful but I with a mellow and rich tonal character. This model can be ordered with a sostenuto pedal fitted.
