I love my piano in spite of my appalling playing and cannot thank Ben Wheeler enough for his help in choosing the right one for us. We arrived at his shop with all of our 4 small children and proceeded to create chaos by asking for a piano with measurements from a line of flex which in our rush we had used to measure the very precise space in which it would live. Not only did Ben rise to the challenge but also made us feel incredibly welcome in spite of our somewhat feral children doing their level best at mauling his precious instruments. With great humour and excellent knowledge he guided us to the correct piano for us and even had it delivered in time for Christmas which was only a fortnight away. A huge thank you to him for his excellent service and incredibly tolerant friendly manner – we would highly recommend him to anyone – a true professional
