Ben was instrumental to my piano purchase. Prior to our meeting, I only had internet based research at my disposal and there is only so far it can take you. After discussing my requirements with Ben I realised there were many aspects that I hadn’t considered. He was happy to show me many pianos in the showroom and demonstrate the varying sounds across the ranges.
